Job Qualifications for Maintenance Technician:
- With High School diploma or equivalent qualification.
- TESDA Certification is a plus.
- A minimum of 1-year experience in a similar role.
- Advanced understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.
- With excellent painting and carpentry skills.
- Physically capable and available to work overtime including weekends, public holidays and evenings.
Maintenance Technician Job Responsibilities:
- Inspect building, equipment, and systems and being able to identify any issues.
- Repairs faulty equipment units and damaged structures.
- Performs general maintenance task.
